About a Girl on Sugababesin seitsemännen levyn toinen single ja se julkastiin 8. marraskuuta 2009. Laulu nousi Brittilistalla sijalle 8 ja Skotlannissa sijalle 4. Tämä on ensimmäinen single jolla on mukana Jade Ewen, yhtyeen erotettua viimeisen alkuperäisjäsenen Keisha Buchananin. Yhtye teki parodia version About a Girlistä yhdessä komedienne Katy Brandin kanssa.

Laulun Kill Bill-aiheisen videon on ohjannut Martin Weisz, joka on ohjannut myös yhtyeen "Wear My Kiss"-videon.
